Coach, Trainer & Speaker:

Pdt. DR(c). Samuel Mulyono, S.Si., S.H., ADV.

It’s an honor to stand before you today at through this platform. My name is Samuel Mulyono, and throughout my years in leadership, one truth has become clear: our words hold power—the power to transform, to inspire, and to create lasting impact.

My journey began in the corporate world—investment banking, digital banking, risk management, and financial services—where I held leadership roles in many of conglomerates, and ADS Associates. These experiences sharpened my ability to lead under pressure, drive transformation, and navigate complexity.Yet, I discovered something even more powerful than strategy—the ability to influence through communication.

This realization propelled me into public speaking, coaching, and mentorship, leading me to share insights on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and leadership excellence. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at major events, including the International Event, where I tackled AI’s role in cybersecurity, data protection and leadership development. But beyond technology and leadership, I’ve also embraced the power of influence through Maxwell Leadership Certification, empowering individuals to lead with clarity, conviction, and character.

Recently, my journey took another meaningful turn—my ordination as a pastor as Apostleship. This moment reinforced what I’ve always believed: true impact is not just about professional success, but about leaving a legacy of transformation in business, leadership, and faith. Whether speaking to executives, mentoring professionals, or delivering messages of faith, my mission remains the same: to speak life, to ignite change, and to elevate others.

So today, as we gather at this platf, I leave you with this challenge: How will you use your voice to create impact? Because in leadership, in business, and in faith—words are not just spoken; they are seeds that shape destinies.

Speak with purpose. Lead with conviction. Impact with intention.

Thank you.
